WeMe Therapy provides non-medical services including Special Instruction sessions, Parental Coaching, and Developmental or Educational Assessments. These are educational in nature and comply with New York State Education Law § 4410 and Part 200 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education.
We comply with HIPAA (45 CFR Parts 160 and 164) and New York State Mental Hygiene Law § 33.13. Information is confidential and only shared with written consent or as required by law.
Records are securely stored per 18 NYCRR § 504.3 and Technology Law § 208.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in service pause or termination.
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. No refunds for completed sessions.
A caregiver must be present for all in-home sessions. Family participation is essential.
Materials are protected under U.S. Copyright Act Title 17 and cannot be reproduced without permission.
